Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to:

• Use the services in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service

• Not interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hayak Bots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
